We are committed to ensuring you have an enjoyable wine experience with Ballandean Estate Wines, and this includes a smooth, simple and hassle-free delivery. If you have any questions or issues regarding the delivery of your wines, we are here to help. Please call us on (07) 4684 1226.

• Please allow 3 to 6 working days for your wine to be received. If you have not received your wines after 6 working days, please contact us and we will trace your order.
• This website only provides the option for sales within Australia.
• Postage/Freight Charges are advised in the online store.
• Online orders placed Monday to Friday will generally be dispatched within 48 hours.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched within 48 hours of the following working day.

Ballandean Estate Wines may at its discretion withdraw wines from sale even though these wines may be displayed the Ballandean Estate Wines website for purchase.

We want to make sure you’re happy! So, all of Ballandean Estate’s wines are covered by our 100% Quality and Value Guarantee. Any claim for defective wines must be made within 7 days of delivery date. We will communicate with you to understand the defect and we may refund your payment or offer you a replacement.

Under Australian laws, alcoholic beverages can only be sold or supplied to persons aged 18 years of age or over. By opening an account with Ballandean Estate Wines and/or placing an order you are confirming to us that you are at least 18 years of age.

All customer information received by Ballandean Estate Wines remains the property of Ballandean Estate Wines.

Purchases made online or via mail/telephone orders will be processed by Ballandean Estate Wines or their selected third party processor, including PayPal, EWAY, Visa and Mastercard. All customer card details are securely kept and confidential.

Unless otherwise shown, all the prices listed on Ballandean Estate Wines website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If a product inadvertently appears on the Ballandean Estate Wines Website at the wrong price, Ballandean Estate Wines may decline or cancel any orders placed at the wrong price, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged. If your credit card was charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, Ballandean Estate Wines will notify you and issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the cancelled order.
